Calls for Submissions: Eight-Stone Press

Eight-Stone Press, publisher of the long-running, critically lauded SMILE, HON, YOU’RE IN BALTIMORE! series, seeks your submissions for a brand-new print endeavor. FIRE PIT invites the sort of colloquial storytelling set forth in SMILE, HON, but without any geographic boundary. We seek your tales great and small, short and tall. Stories of life lived or lost, of knee-slapping adventures and hard-won wisdom.
Creative non-fiction is preferred, though all submissions will be considered. Submit your stories, essays, and poetry – 500 to 1,500 words – to wpt@eightstonepress.com by Monday, September 5, 2016.
